Agraco Pty Ltd is a civil engineering consultancy, founded in response to a high demand for quality, value contract engineering and project management services to government and private sector organisations experiencing a shortage of staff or high work load.

Agraco provides clients experienced professionals to project manage delivery of works, design infrastructure and supervise construction of civil works, for short and long term contracts.

Based in Toowoomba, Agraco is perfectly situated to provide services to the Darling Downs, South East Queensland and all regions in Australia, to complement organisation's engineering sections.

Profile - Executive Director - Stephen Gray

BEng (Civil), BBus, RPEQ, MIEAust

Stephen is a Registered Engineer in Queensland (RPEQ) and Member of Engineers Australia, and has degrees in civil engineering and business with significant project management experience.  With over 25 years experience in local government, Stephen has extensive knowledge of all areas of civil infrastructure.

He is accomplished in liaising, negotiating and consulting with government and private organisations, and members of the community.   He has investigative, problem solving abilities and extensive knowledge of legislation, and standards guidelines.

Stephen’s experience also includes: quality assurance, planning, asset management, administration, staff supervision, training and mentoring.

Stephen is a respected member of the community and currently President of Toowoomba Masters Swimming Club.  He has also been involved with a number of organisations, schools and charities undertaking a variety of roles including: organising events and project manager of works.
